2025 Application Webinars

Please join Truman Foundation staff and recent Scholars for this overview of the Truman Scholarship and our upcoming application cycle. The Foundation will have a series of webinars on the 2025 application process. The dates and topics appear below. Sign in instructions will be available on the dashboard page of registered users. Recordings will be posted on the dashboard page a day or so after each webinar.

• Advisors: October 23, 2024: This session is open to Advisors only and will cover updates to the 2025 competition as well as suggestions for identifying and assisting applicants.
• Candidates: December 4, 2024: This session is open to 2025 Candidates; Advisors are welcome.  We will provide detailed advice on how to complete the application as well as suggestions from our reading committee.  We will also provide guidance on how best to prepare for interview and get the most out of the application process.
• Office Hours: January 23, 2025: This session is open to both 2025 Candidates and Advisors. We will provide an overview of common mistakes and frequently asked questions. Attendees are encouraged to bring questions or problems for our staff to troubleshoot. 
• Finalists: February 26, 2025: This session is open to 2025 Finalists and all Advisors. We will discuss how best to prepare for interview and what to expect from the process.
