Alyssa is a junior studying political science within the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University where she is active in the Arizona Students Association. She was appointed to the Governor’s Youth Commission and the Governor’s P-20 Council as the Student Representative. She is a proud native Arizonan committed to improving her state, and making a difference as a passionate advocate for children’s issues pertaining to education, specifically high school graduation rates and financial literacy.
