To access our on-line application, please log-in to the website. Click on the Manage your Students link on the lower right-hand corner of the For Faculty Reps home page. If you do not have log-in credentials for our site, please contact us
to set up an account. Please submit the student application as well as your nomination materials and letter, via our on-line system. You must also submit your additional letters and transcript on-line this year. Receipt deadline:
The Foundation must receive the complete applications by February 5, 2013.
Registration of Nominees: You must register a student before he/she can access the online application. To register the student, you must complete the first five steps of the Faculty Representative on-line application process. Once you have completed these steps, the system will send the student an email with log-in credentials. Guidance for Faculty Reps:
The For Faculty Reps section of our website offers guidance from the Foundation on the application process as well as observations and advice from your colleagues.
